One list, one trip

The more you put on the list, the better value the visit.

£65 minimumCovers up to an hour, within about 3 miles of Thornton Heath.

What people ask before booking.

Is there a minimum charge?

Yes. The minimum visit is £65 and covers up to an hour, within about 3 miles of Thornton Heath. Further out, I group several jobs into one longer visit so the trip is worth it for both of us.

Can you price from photos?

For most small jobs, yes. Send a photo of each job, a short list and your postcode, and I'll reply with a fixed price. If something turns out to be bigger on the day, we agree the new price before I start.

Do I need to buy the parts?

Either way works. You can buy the item itself, like a blind, mirror or shelf, and I bring the fixings and tools. Or tell me what you need and I'll pick it up and add it to the price.

Can you do several jobs in one visit?

Yes, and it's the best value. A mirror, a blind and a loose door handle in one visit cost less than three separate call-outs. Put everything on one list.

Do you work for landlords and letting agents?

Yes. Small repairs between tenants, resealing and repaints, with photos when it's done and an invoice for every job.

How quickly can you come?

I reply by the end of the next working day, usually sooner. Small jobs usually fit in within a week or two.
